I really want to repair this tape and convert over to dvd format b/c its a family video.If a vhs tape tape gets tangled/crinkled can it be reparied? and where at?
I don't know. I don't think even a computer specialist would know what to do to fix it.

Probably a mad scientist would know. - He would probably flatten it again with an iron. - But only 'he' would know the right temperature of the iron to flatten it without melting it.

I think maybe you may be able to find one of those obscure mad scientists at a School or laboratory somewhere.

Yes! Maybe a School Laboratory ...where he teaches combining chemicals and stuff like that.

Yes! A Science Teacher! - He would know all that physics and melting point of plastic and all that stuff!



Or maybe you could try putting the crinkled part in a book. And sit on it.

Or maybe put something really heavy on top of the book and leave it for 2 days.

Maybe 'that' will flatten it!?
