One thing i tell you is that security guards ARE NOT COPS. Enless they have a gun on their belt they cannot arrest you or touch you, if they do you can have them arrested and file a lawsuit against the firm they work for and win. If it happens again just get out of their before they call the sheriff's or Police department. If their armed be careful becuase they might have P.C. 832 and are certified by the police department to arrest people but that's usually only transit officers.

If it was just the security guard and he only copied your information, then there is nothing to worry about. He was just doing the equivalent to a police officers FI (Field Interview). It will be kept in-house at their (security's) location.
