We were planning to have sex but he read her emails and told me that I could never see her ever again and if I ever tried to contact her there would be trouble. I love her, I really do, and I wouldn't have sex with her if it meant losing her. I think you should go to her house and ask to speak to just him. Tell him exactly what you said... that if staying with his daughter, you wouldn't even think of having sex with her. Tell her how important she is to you and that you messed up and would like his forgiveness. Then if that all works out, I'd be careful with what you do with her.
