Everyone is different, some will say several times a day but if most people are honest they will be doing it around twice a week and for us older aged group usually once a week to once a fortnight. wow, i don't know when i am going to want it ahead of time and i can get her ready in just a few minutes . some times we do it several times a day so i guess you can do it as often as you both want it
