What do you think of the punishments for juvenile sex offenders?

Do you think they are to harsh or to lenient or just right.Please say why too. Here in my town a fifteen year old girl has been babysitting two girls under 10 and had been forcing them to do sexual things to them and even used sex toys. All she got was a few months probation, and she cant go near the family. She doesnt have to register as a sex offeder either. What do you guys think?What do you think of the punishments for juvenile sex offenders?unless you were there you don't know the full true story of what actually happened between the young girls and the teenager.



if she got off on a lenient charge with a judge who is giving her another chance, hey, good for her !

i'm sure she will never reoffend. the fact that she played around sexually with other children use to be called ''doctor", why oh why is everyone so harsh upon people doing what comes naturally..... i've no idea 'cept seems everyone in the U.S. wants to punish these people for the rest of their lives.

In my opinion she should be punished for what she did. The judge was being way to lenient. Just like any other juvenile sex offender she should go to a facility where they can best treat her. Not everyone can be rehabilitated but, they are not even taking the steps to evaluate those factors. Has this girl spent anytime with psychologists? What are her reasons for doing this?
