otherwise .. i had a kitten when i was little .. we found out she was female .. when she got pregnant! lol ...

unless the testes drop .. you really can't be sure before about 7 or 8 weeks...

If you're really observant, check their "private area" to see if it's a dot or a dash. The dot is a boy, the dash is a girl. (It will be a vertical "dash")
Well, I got my cat at 4 weeks old. He came to me at a early age because the people were getting rid of the litter and didn't want the mother hanging around anymore. I went to the vet and they told me I had a male cat. So, 1 week old is a little to early but, 4 weeks old you probably could. That when I found out :)How early can you tell the sex of a kitten?
My babies are 2 and half weeks old and already I can tell I have 4 toms and a she, they have that space and bump between and she is close together.
