Anyone else having a problem with the Blu-ray disk of Tangled?

I bought the combo back Blu-ray and dvd at walmart and when I went the blu ray disk, it stays on one screen, the Disney castle. I let it run for a few minutes and I found that it doesn't do anything else. So I decided to return it and get another copy, and found out it's doing the same thing. Anyone else having this problem?Anyone else having a problem with the Blu-ray disk of Tangled?
Make sure you have the latest firware for your player. Go to the website of your blu-ray player and download the latest firmware and install it.
We had the same problem with Lion King on blu ray...took it back to best buy and they told us ours was the 4th copy to be returned/exchanged because of the blu ray messing up...they said mass production when they were getting it out for a deadline...obviously Disney can't make a blu ray disc

I'm having the same issue. Bought first copy at Target then exchanged it and the new copy is doing it as well. Very frustrating! I am not having any trouble viewing any other blu ray disks.Anyone else having a problem with the Blu-ray disk of Tangled?
No, I Watched It last night and had no problem... You might wanna contact Disney, Or Walmart... And Maybe they'll solve the problem.
I'm having the exact same issue, with completely up to date firmware... Not sure what's going on.
