What present would a 6 year old girl like better?

My niece is turning 6 years old soon. She is in love with the movie Tangled. I would get her the dvd for it but it hasn't come out yet. I don't know what to get her. She loves girlie things. (make up, nail polish, hair accessories, anything!) These are the choices:

I think the cosmetic box. It comes with more things for her to play with! Ask her mom before if she would be able to use this (some parents say no because of the mess!). If your budget is a little lower, the compact is great too! So much fun for a little one!What present would a 6 year old girl like better?
