Why aren't these movies included on Disney's list of 50 animated motion pictures?

I saw a list of 50 Disney animated movies on a DVD of "Tangled". Why didn't it list many full-length, fully-animated motion pictures that were theatrically released by Disney, including "DuckTales The Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp"; "A Goofy Movie"; "Return To Neverland", "The Jungle Book 2", "Tigger Movie", "Hufflelump Movie", "Valiant", and "The Wild"? I know that the list it won't include every made for TV or video sequel, prequel, or spin-off, but all of those movies were released domestically in wide-release theaters. If they're not "Disney full-length, fully animated motion pictures", what are they considered?.Why aren't these movies included on Disney's list of 50 animated motion pictures?
They were released by Disney, but they were not made by Walt Disney Animation Studios, hence technically not a "Disney animated movie". Most of the ones you mentioned are produced by DisneyToon Studios (seperate from Walt Disney Animation Studios), whereas Valiant, and The Wild were both produced by independent animation studios. Here's a link that shows all Disney-released films, as well as who produced them:

most likely they mean the 3-dimensional characters, not like 3D glasses but they don't look like cartoons, they have a 3D shape while the others are 2D because they're flatWhy aren't these movies included on Disney's list of 50 animated motion pictures?
I am not sure but I think that is because the movies are too recent to be on the list. A lot of people like the classic ones more than the recent ones.
