Is sex really important in a relationship?

If your partner decides not stop having sex, would you stick around and not cheat? What if a woman wants to test you and decides to not have sex with you for a year. In other words, her kitchen won't open until 2011 lol. How many girls and guys will still be around and stay faithful? Seriously, is it possible for man to go a year without making love to his woman without cheating with another woman?Is sex really important in a relationship?Personally I don't like sex that much from a physical point of view so it wouldn't bother me if I never had it again. Although I wouldn't like a relationship without it cos I would wonder why my partner didn't want it with me! I would want him to want me physically and that's why I'd be unhappy with a relationship that had no sex in it. If he didn't give it to me then I wouldn't cheat, I would have no interest. I may not be interested in a relationship with someone that wasn't physically attracted to me though.Is sex really important in a relationship?Yes it is possible. Look at the couples enlisted in the military? I admit some are not faithful but there are some that are very faithful, get deployed and then come back home to thier wife and child(ren). A lot of people think it is very important in a relationship but those are the people that I personally think you should not be with if it is that much of importance. Relationships should be about love, trust, honestly and all those good things, sex is just a mere bonus.

But if your significant other is used to having sex and you just stop it, that might raise some questions and concern.

I think sex plays a part, yes. I would stick around, and definitely not cheat as I don't believe in cheating. But I think 1 year is a long time, depends on the persons sexual needs! lol...
