How important is sex in a relationship?

I love my boyfriend, and we are very happy together. However we don't have sex a lot and it isn't the best. Can you have a happy long lasting relationship without a lot of amazing sex? How important is sex to the survival of a relationship? Can it get better over time if you work at it?How important is sex in a relationship?You can go on living this way but it's obviously at least affecting you because you are asking this question. Sex is important in a relationship. Its the physical side of it you know. If your not connecting physically then that can't be good. Good news though... improving sex isn't even hard. Talk to him, let him know how you are feeling. Sometime I have to be a dirty slut and beg-GUESS WHAT- my boyfriend loves that. That's whats cool about being with someone who you are happy with, you can do nasty things without being judged because he should realize that your just trying to make things better. (This isn't the case with all men be warned) Dress up for him one night. Sex is supposed to be fun ok. Don't think about it and just let it happen. Mix it up google some positions. There are a lot of things you can do. Talk to him and see what he likes

How important is sex in a relationship?I guess it depends on the people involved. For some, it's a way of expressing their love for one another in a passionate way. For others, it's merely a distraction. I for one think it's important. Sex is something you do with someone you love; no one else. Now that's just my opinion but because I think that, it's pretty important. There's a connection with sexual intimacy that can't be found elsewhere. Sex can either elevate or destroy a relationship. If you let it become the focus of your romance, your relationship will be empty and hollow. However, if you embrace the moment and your partner, it can draw you closer together in ways you never thought imaginable.



I honestly don't believe a healthy long term relationship can work out without sexual intimacy. We're creatures of nature and we require sex to some extent. This doesn't mean you can't be happy without it for a little while, but you will inevitably want more from the relationship and want to take it to the next level. It doesn't have to be amazing physically (although it doesn't hurt. Amazing sex will always enhance a couple's love life) but with someone you love, it should be emotionally.



One of the great things about sex is the ability to become better at it. Try new things. Be creative! If you're comfortable with your boyfriend, don't be afraid to ask him anything. It will really increase the trust between you two because it will be very personal. Most importantly, though, is to have fun and not overthink it. Sex isn't something that's forced or automatic. Let your passion fill you with desire and go wild!
Well just tell him what you like and don't like, maybe even try new things to spice it up. :)

not that important....and i'm a guy. if you love each other the sex will get better. but having bad sex shouldn't end the relationship or even close thats just silly
u r going to get attracted to other people and if u happen to cheat and like the wya this other dude does it better or if u and him go on a "break" or whateva u girls make us guys do (and vice versa)
