The advice would be the same as if you were a woman asking this about her bf. Just say to her that you really enjoy her company, and don't want to lose her. Ask if you can just be friends...it may hurt her initially, but in the end she'll be grateful you didn't have sex THEN back out of the relationship. Shows more respect on your part :)
